rosa的染色體套數

在網路上看到的覺得很有趣
因為有人在玩雜交
交出一堆怪東西
不管血緣親殊
還有屬內的分群
薔薇屬裡依倍數來分
兩倍體(就是兩套, 7對 ,14個染色體)Diploids (14 chromosomes):
R. arvensis 舊名Rosa gallicoides (Bak.) Desegl.
(including the form "Ayrshire Rose") 產於北愛爾蘭 田原薔薇(field-rose)
R. banksiae 產於中國的 木香薔薇
R. blanda 產於北美洲東部拉布拉多薔薇(Labrador rose)光滑薔薇(Smooth Rose 因為無刺 光溜溜)
R. bracteata 碩苞薔薇 琉球野薔薇 臺灣也有產
R. chinensis (the form of the China Rose) 中國的月季花
R. filipes (and the closely related R. brunonii)
R. foliolosa
R. hugonis 雨果爸爸的薔薇(Father Hugo rose) 中國金薔薇(Golden Rose of China) 蝴蝶薔薇(Butterfly Rose)
被分在地榆葉薔薇組(Pimpinellifoliae section). 這組大部分是黃黃的花還有其他同組的R. ecae, R. primula, R. sericea, R. xanthina, R. spinosissima, R. foetida, R. f. bicolor, R. f. persiana, R. elasmacantha, R. farreri, R. hemisphaerica, R. graciliflora and R. koreana. Rosa hugonis 和前四種非常相似
R. laevigata 車落基薔薇(Cherokee Rose) 就是金櫻子
R. moschata麝香薔薇 (Musk Rose)
R. multiflora 多花薔薇(this includes the Seven Sisters Rose, multiflora nana, cathayensis中國薔薇, and several others; 早期雜交的後代大多染色體 14 或21) 臺灣有產一個變種台灣野薔薇Rosa multiflora Thunb. ex Murray var. formosana Cardot
R. nitida
R. palustris
R. roxburghii 栗苞薔薇(Chestnut Rose) 刺梨 缫絲花
R. rugosa玫瑰 徘徊花 (forms; hybrids are 14 or 21)
R. setigera
R. wichuraiana (form; 許多Wichuraiana climbers or ramblers 是 21個染色體) 照葉薔薇 革葉薔薇
R. woodsii
R. xanthina 韓國閃亮黃薔薇(BRIGHT YELLOW KOREAN ROSE)
Synstylae (members of a large group of Asian species: includes R. multiflora, R. filipes, and many others)

三倍體Triploids (21個染色體): 不能產生配子 所以不具生殖能力
雜交麝香薔薇Hybrid Musks (最早有些三倍來源於與永花薔薇 Perpetuals 或多花薔薇R. multiflora 的雜交後代; 許多最後變成四倍體)
雜交波旁薔薇R. x borbonia (the original Bourbon rose; 大部份後代是四倍 tetraploid)

中輪繁花系Floribundas (a few early ones were triploid, but most are tetraploid)
雜交茶薔薇Hybrid Teas (a few early ones were triploid, but most are tetraploid)
R. arkansana美州的阿肯色薔薇 Arkansas Rose(=R. suffulta)
R. carolina
R. centifolia 千葉薔薇,五月薔薇, 普羅旺斯薔薇(芽變 苔蘚薔薇Moss Rose)
R. damascena 大馬士革薔薇(Damask Rose); 大馬士革薔薇的型 秋大馬士革薔薇(Autumn Damask), 保加利亞薔薇Trigintipetala (`Rose von Kazanlik`)

六倍體Hexaploids (42 chromosomes):
白薔薇R. alba (type of the Alba roses) 'Jacobite Rose', or the 'White Rose of York'.
這個來源於 犬玫瑰dog rose(Rosa canina),與大馬士革雜交 the Damask rose( Rosa damascena)
R. nutkana 產於美洲的奴卡薔薇Nootka rose

有很多種倍體的種群Complex species (forms have different ploidy numbers):
R. acicularis (14, 28, 42, 56) 產於北美洲的棘刺薔薇(prickly rose) 有人拿他與smooth wild rose(R. blanda), Nootka rose (R. nutkana), prairie wild rose (R. arkansana),and Wood's rose (R. woodsii)雜 交
R. californica (14, 28)
R. canina (Dog Rose; most are 35, but some forms are 42)
R. chinensis (China Rose; most forms are 14, but some forms and species hybrids are 21, 28)
R. cinnamomea (14, 28)
R. eglanteria 香葉薔薇(Sweet Briar; 35, 42)
R. moyesii (28, 42)
R. odorata 芳香月季, 茶薔薇(Tea Rose; most are 14, but some forms and hybrids are 21, 28)
