this is another plant.....just asking....is this a yellow base gigantea? is it true that the yellow base colour takes some time (few days to a week?)to appear? anyone has the yellow based gigantea? yea...i can read chinese, it's just that my computer cant type chinese characters

Both are good. may I have a look at the plants? I guess they are great about growth condition. I prefer the whiter one. There are at least two color variations on the base, ie white and yellow. From different habitats.
the white flower base gigantea is grown from seed, the one with the yellow base is a wild collected plant. I just bought the plant around 1/2 year ago, it is still growing roots, so i think this was stress flowering.......

How long did you plant it for? - From seed -> it bloom
i have no idea....hahaha coz i bought the plant when it's leaves were around 20cm.......and i was told it was grown from seed, being crossing of 2 wild plants.....and the plant actually originates from taiwan....hahaha suprise suprise....
