Wish to grow the african violet, got 2 pieces of leaves from friend but anyone can tell me by soil or by water is easy to grow the babies. Besies the soil must really mix by few type of soil? I also try to grow gloxinia by the same way but the leaf just dry off. Can I grow gloxinia by the same way as african violet? -- 作者： 明芙 -- 發表時間： 2006/05/29 02:15pm 是"苦海"的新朋友嗎? 歡迎歡迎, 如果塔內的置頂的精華文章乍看還有點霧茫茫的. 建議可以先去妙妙的網頁練練功喔, [url]http://www.dollyyeh.idv.tw/[/url] 每一類苦科大多都有介紹的連結,裡頭也有栽培方法,當然也可以配著精華文章看.(不過我每次一看到美圖就忘了自己要去做什麼了,哈哈) 至於葉插的介質,其實之前大家都討論很多了,簡言之,如果你在冷氣房,大概拿什麼插都行,水,珍珠石, 水草,三合一介質.......如果不是冷氣房,通常的情形是, 三合一介質比較容易插失敗,珍珠石通常是又快又容易成功的,水草則正反意見都有. gloxinia一般會用芽插,或地下部繁殖, 葉插行不行? 我沒種過不知道哩, 這要有經驗的人來回答,不過葉子會乾掉的原因有可能是環境未保濕?? 葉子還沒長根之前,要保持環境的濕度,才不會乾掉,也才容易長根,所以通常都會放在保濕容器裡,(小心溫度別太高,不然就煮熟了) 大概是這樣囉.加油 -- 作者： chinsyth -- 發表時間： 2006/05/29 08:08pm thanks for help. I guess is not that easy to grow gloxnia so I intend to do on african violet. I read from the forum seem like put into the soil is easy but just wish to know the leaf is put onto the pot, if the leaf start to dry of without any sign of new babies , is it mean that I fail to propatate it. So is it a better idea to use the leaf put into the water for easy to see the root grow? They cab't be dry aabd after 3~4weeks they will grow new baies on the cutting side.. Have a good day Blessing you And you could try to check the Eeglish website Searching some key words..
