从1977年4月AOS的审议会起对C.walkeriana alba Pendintive抱有疑问,认为是C.x dolosa或是C.x dolosa和C.walkeriana的反复再交,至今没有定论.但是1985年居然AM/AOS入赏.这也说明无论如何是原生还是杂交种,不愧为名花.但是世俗的眼光是严峻的,特别在日本的C.walkeriana兰友一看到唇瓣上的黄色着色个体时,脑子里油然而生的是[这是杂交种的C.walkeriana alba Pendintive或是它的派生个体.]虽然日本有C.walkeriana 和C.nobilior分会(总会在巴西,日本分会又分东日本和西日本支部,我属东日本支部),会员中保有者大概很少.因为已上不了抬面.

Mr. Wenzel: In brazil everybody believe that Pendentive is not a walkeriana,but I never heard nothing about Tokyo,until they prove it is a walkeriana for sure. 2.Mr. Gulfreund: It is really true that Pendentive probably is a DOLOSA or a a cross of a dolosa with walkeriana and again and again ... So it is not a walkeriana and can't be a DOLOSA also. Tokyo some people say same but it is not proved and some people consider it a good plant. I don't think is a hybrid but it is really GOOD plant so we can consider a possibility to have something inside. 不管是否原種: Pendentive 和Tokyo# 1都是美花, 也值得珍藏.
