hello buddy, I got it locally from a small orchid show. thanks for ur advise. I've never repot it, maybe next spring. I'm not worry about over water this one, as it dry out quickly in florida's summer. You think it might grow better on a tree fern? I wonder if I can just attach it on a small size tree fern, don't even fuss with moss. Lazy is my name.

Florida's 環境 is not too bad, but I always over 照顧 (over water), lots of them is now live in the real "heaven" (up there in the sky).

Plant shape like this is a typical hot to warm grower. Certain species like this and some other Oncidiums with similar shape they do like to drain out quickly after watering. grow on spill is a good choice but no need to stuff too much moss, or even no need moss. it might be harmful to the plant during the winter time. although it is an easy grower, theoreticallly, we must be cautious as well. give you such an advice.

You can plants them in windowside indoor.Actually some vandaceous plants are quite cold resistent. Cold place has many wonderful orchids too, such as cypripedium, orchis, pleione. I think there are many cypripedium in Canada I'm looking forward to seeing them
